Work with Us

Culture

Our team is made up of passionate people who all have the drive to see transformative change for Indigenous people in BC.

Our work is grounded in the teachings and guidance from our Elders. We strive to be a learning organization that builds upon traditional knowledge of all who have come before us.

Our head office is located in Syilx territory on land belonging to the Westbank First Nation. Members of our leadership team and Council work from there. Other staff work from home offices or from our Indigenous Justice Centres.

Our Council sets our strategic direction, oversees our policy and governance and ensures we have the resources we need to do this transformative work.

We strive to have a culture of care in our team. We take care of each other and, because of that, we are able to care for the clients, families and Nations that we provide services to.

Benefits

We have a good benefit plan along with generous personal days and statutory holiday schedules. We provide extra unpaid days to attend the important cultural events in your community so you can stay grounded and connected.

Technology

All staff get a laptop for their work and we use technology to keep our teams connected. MS Teams, Telus Business Connect and virtual servers keep our employees working efficiently and effectively with each other and their clients, wherever they happen to be in the province.
